Associate Fellows are selected from those who have been active (and dues-paying) AsMA members for five years and have made contributions to Aerospace Medicine, Aeronautics, Astronautics, or Undersea Medicine. Membership in the Associate Fellows Group (AFG) provides the opportunity to interact with other members, sponsor or participate in panels at the Annual Meetings, and may lead to consideration for Fellow status.

Membership in the AFG allows us to broaden our participation and make the greatest contributions to Aerospace Medicine and the Association. Applications are made using the "Associate Fellow Application and Biographical Update Form" available on-line or at the AFG table during the annual AsMA Scientific Meeting. Please note, you must have 5 years cumulative dues-paid to AsMA before consideration.
